Setup then downloads the speech and cleanup models — a couple of gigabytes, so give it a few minutes on a normal connection — and you're dictating the moment they land.

LoQuill only reaches the internet to activate your license (the activation is labelled with your Mac's name, so you can tell your devices apart), to download models and updates, and to send feedback you choose to write us — never your audio, never your dictated text.
